
WebinarNinja provides webinar software with a big emphasis on teaching. I was involved in the whole product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery taking ownership of the design process and product analytics.

During my time at WebinarNinja we introduced a new free plan. To support the rise in number of users and increase conversions we implemented an improved onboarding experience. I designed a built in demo and implemented a series of onboarding emails and in-app messages that would be triggered by user actions. Alongside that I also helped to craft a new Online Community to support these new users which launched soon after I left the company.
CourseNinja
One of the latest projects I worked on was a sister product completely focussed on courses. I worked with the founders on the first stages of the product. We took the insights from an extensive user research with potential users and we designed the user experience and UI keeping it aligned with the main product and utilising the resources and functionality we already had. I also worked on a new brand for the product as well as a refresh of the WebinarNinja’s brand to make sure they were both aligned.
